So this young guy walks into the Takamine booth at NAMM and asks if he can play a song on the demo stage. Anybody familiar with NAMM knows what a loaded gun that could be. "Sure" we said. "Go for it". He pulls the EF341SC off the wall, plugs it in and performs an instrumental. The ensuing conversation revealed that he was a recording and touring artist named Jake Allen, a lifelong Tak player, and interested in knowing us. Turns out the feeling was mutual.
