Takamine

Singer/songwriter Karla Davis and her hard working Taks recently completed their "West Coast Ride" tour in support of her latest studio effort "Here I Am" as well as 2012’s Texaco Country Showdown, formerly known as the Colgate Country Showdown which Karla won in 2009. The demanding tour required an acoustic guitar that would sound as warm and natural plugged-in for her concerts at night, as in front of a microphone during her live radio performances in the morning. Her Takamine LTD2009 and TAN16C took turns doing just that.

The Showdown has opened many doors for artists throughout it's long-running history such as Garth Brooks, Sara Evans, and Miranda Lambert just to name a few.
