  The guitars created in Takamine Specialty Shop are very limited production models showing design elements that appear nowhere else in the Takamine line. Every so often we get the opportunity to acquire some exquisite examples of rare and valuable tone woods. These timbers are so unique they deserve an extraordinary guitar to show off their natural brilliance. The EF36 dreadnought was created to look as amazing as it sounds. The solid spruce top is paired with solid Indian rosewood back and sides to produce a voice that is strong and dynamic and loves being played aggressively. The look is ultra deluxe with stunning laser cut shell inlays in the rosette and ebony fretboard. The trim of the guitar is topped off with flame maple binding on the body, neck and peghead. Includes Takamine’s Palathetic™ pickup, known in the industry as one of the most accurate and natural sounding acoustic/electric pickups. Takamine’s TLD Line Driver provides the player with an active output.
