Available in solid cedar or flame mahogany tops, these guitars are built on Takamine’s NEX “small jumbo” body and New Yorker size -- the perfect small bodied acoustic instrument to add a unique voice to amid traditional large body guitars. Series Features include flame mahogany back and sides, scalloped x bracing, abalone rosette, rosewood bridge and fretboard along with a mahogany neck. Vintage Violin finish gives an antiqued look, reminiscent of their 1920s predecessors. For the first time in G-Series history, the New Yorker model includes a slotted headstock. All models include the TP4T preamp with built in tuner. Available in Cutaway (EG444CC), Non Cutaway (EG430S) and New Yorker (EG630S) sizes.
