Created with the rootsy Americana sound in mind, the CP6SSDC is a slope-shouder dreadnought cutaway with a deep cherry sunburst finish. It features a solid Adirondack spruce top and sapele back and sides, offering wonderful depth and articulate midrange. Like many of Takamine’s best guitars, the CP6SSDC can easily transition directly from the studio to the stage with ease using its fantastic CTP3 CoolTube electronics, giving the guitar the warmth of an actual tube preamp on stage.

CP5D OAD Limited Edition

The CP5D OAD is an elegant dreadnought that pairs the grand sound of an Adirondack spruce top with beautiful and toneful ovangkol on its back and sides. This combination of tonewoods creates a very dynamic guitar with sweet and glossy midrange. It offers classic appointments, like small diamond florette inlays in its ebony fingerboard, and ivory-colored binding. The CP5D OAD features a slender, comfortable neck and Takamine's CT4 DX electronics, which blends a soundboard contact mic and the Palathetic pickup system, making it a natural for both recording and live performance.

The EF360SC TT is a cutaway dreadnought incorporates Takamine's "Thermal Top" technology on its solid spruce top. The guitar, crafted at Takamine’s Japan-based Pro Series facility, also makes use of solid Indian rosewood for its back. Its mahogany neck is slender and comfortable, and it offers Takamine’s exceptional CT4B II electronics. Simple and elegant, the EF360SC TT is truly a working guitar designed for the very best performances in songwriting, recording, and on live stages.

With the EF400SC TT, there’s finally a 12-string solution for players who want the advantage of Takamine’s thermal-top technology. Offering the indescribably beautiful tone of a vintage, played-in 12-string, the EF400 SC TT provides a solid thermal spruce top, solid Indian rosewood back, and a slender mahogany neck that allows for no-compromise performance feel. While its tone is vintage, this guitar is full of modern amenities, like its CT4B II electronics that make it an excellent working guitar for players who needs to easily transition between studio and stage.
