Hozier Adds Stadiums Arenas to ‘Unreal Unearth’ Tour

It doesn’t seem like 2 years since visiting Andrew Hozier-Byrne at rehearsals for his then upcoming, Unreal Unearth Tour. With dates booked, a new band on board, and scores of new material to share, Hozier and Co were going to be busy.

There, Andrew would take delivery of 2 new, Takamine, P3NY slot-head New Yorkers from Takamine’s popular Series 3, Byrne’s acoustic-of-choice for as long as we’ve known him. Gracious and kind as you might expect the 35-year-old ancient soul to be, Andrew happily welcomed his new cedar-top, satin-finish friends into the fold, where they immediately went to work.

Now, 83 shows into the tour, a million tickets sold, and the first track from his 7th EP, Unheard, titled, Too Sweet having topped the charts in 14 countries including Australia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Iceland, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Venezuela and of course, the United States, Hozier’s Unreal Unearth Tour has been one for the books. But as the summer of 2025 approaches, we learn this tour is just getting started.

Beginning June 8th at the New York’s Governors Ball Festival, in NYC, Hozier will headline festivals, stadiums and arenas throughout the US including Bonnaroo, T Mobile Park, Hershey Park Stadium, The Fargodome, and 2 nights at Boston’s, Fenway Park, for a total of 47 shows before October. Meanwhile, in a rare feat, Hozier’s game-changing, multi-platinum, Grammy Nominated debut single, Take Me to Church the song that started it all in 2014, is back on the Billboard Charts, both here and abroad, a decade after its first appearance - the video closing in on 100 million views. Not surprisingly, Time Magazine named Hozier as one of 2025’s most influential people.

There can be nothing more rewarding for the family of craftsmen and women at Takamine Guitars, than for a creation like the P3NY to be adopted by an artist like Hozier as a composing and performing partner.
