Hello Karla
Check out this acoustic version of Karla Davis’ latest tune, You're Wearing Me Out. Accompanying Ms. Davis and her circa 2008 Takamine TAN76, is the great Gordon Kennedy (her producer) and Taylor Dukes and Mark Vikingstad singing background. This little slice of R&B is yet another example of why Karla Davis reigns supreme as one of our favorite artists.
The new guitar in Karla’s life is her Takamine CP400NYK (see photo). She fell in love with the solid cedar top, Hawaiian Koa slot-head the second she strummed it. There’s just something about those 12 fret to the body New Yorkers.
